 - Cousin Bill’s parsnip and red lentil soup (V) served with crusty bread

Mains

- Roast Castleton lamb. Locally reared lamb served with roast potatoes, mint red wine gravy, and roasted winter vegetables
- Pan fried Gressingham duck breast  with sweet potato fondant, braised red cabbage and black cherry jus
- Wild mushroom, spinach and cranberry Wellington (V) with boulangere potato
- Pan fried seabass with saffron and chorizo risotto
